As a Dana Point wedding photographer I have photographed many weddings in Orange County. I was thrilled that Alina and Yves contacted me. Alina said she wanted a mix of Old World charm and vintage inspired details for their engagement session. I loved the idea so we headed for the Mission in San Juan Capistrano and the Los Rios District. The Los Rios District lies directly across the railroad tracks from the Capistrano Depot and is the oldest neighborhood in California. The forty homes that remain here include three original adobe structures. The Mission turned out to be the perfect backdrop for some classic architecture. And a little European ambiance. Alina has an amazing sense of style. She has an exceptional eye for detail and brought along some of the individual pieces that she had hand crafted to add some sparkle to the engagement session. Amazing. Beautiful. Gorgeous. Elegant. I just ran out of words. I fell in love with the moss covered handbag, the pillow wrapped in twine and the nautical themed cufflinks. Everything fit together so beautifully. This engagement session was truly a like a dream. Thank you Alina and Yves for a fun, stylish and inspiring engagement shoot and I can’t wait to document your wedding day.
